Sesame Street’s 50th Celebration at SeaWorld Orlando

Sesame Street is 50! What an amazing milestone! To celebrate, SeaWorld Orlando is throwing a celebration November 9 and 10. If you haven’t been to Sesame Street Land in the park, you are absolutely missing out! Like most of us, I grew up with Sesame Street and it’s like I was there.

I’m in Big Bird’s nest!

There are some really special things going on for the celebration!

  • Sesame Street Dress Up- Guests are encouraged to wear an everyday outfit inspired by the characters. Share them on social media and tag #seaworldorlando. (I’ll be wearing my Grover shirt!)
  • Exclusive Parade Float- The Sesame Street Party Parade at 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM will have a never-before seen float making it’s limited debut. I can’t wait to see it!
  • 50% off 50th Merchandise- This is BIG! 50% off the Sesame Street 50th Anniversary merchandise!
  • Free Mini Birthday Cupcakes- The first 200 guests to arrive at Sesame Sips will receive a mini cupcake.
  • Free Giveaways- Get a free kid-friendly paper crown to celebrate.

It’s always a good time to get a SeaWorld annual pass, but if you haven’t already, get it now! Just visiting Florida? Get a ticket and see how inspiring SeaWorld is! The celebration is going to be amazing! Sesame Street Land is fun and engaging whether or not you have kids. The highlight for me was being able to actually go into Mr. Hooper’s store. It was unbelievable! While you’re in the land, go get a giant Cookie Monster cookie, you’ll be glad you did!

When you visit SeaWorld, you help them save animals. A portion of what you spend helps them rescue, rehabilitate, and return animals to their natural habitats when possible. They’ve saved over 35,000 animals…..and counting!

“For more than 50 years, animal rescue and rehabilitation have been the heart of SeaWorld. From habitat protection and supporting ocean health initiatives to our many rescue and rehabilitation efforts, SeaWorld is part of conservation projects across the globe. This is our mission, and we want to inspire others to take action and join us in the efforts to save wild animals and wild places.”
