Universal Orlando has a free holiday tree hunt in Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and City Walk this year! I spent the day hunting the trees and they are wonderful. You can pick up a guide from any of the shops that have a tree in them. They are on displays next to the trees. It’s probably easiest to start with the Universal Studios Store in City Walk.

You will find the trees in the shops listed in the guide. Head to the counter to have a Team Member stamp the coordinating box, then it’s on to find the next tree.

There are six trees in each park, and two in City Walk. The Gear Shop listed is MIB Gear, not Fast and the Furious. And Store is over in Marvel. Those two can confuse you.

Once you’ve found all 14 trees, you will receive a gift! You can redeem at Park Plaza Holiday Shop in Universal Studios, or Port of Entry Christmas Shoppe in Islands of Adventure. It’s a minion ornament! There were two to choose from.

My favorite is the Jurassic Park tree. I just love it! I think the tree from Treasures of Poseidon is my second favorite. If you look closely, you’ll see there’s a skeleton in it! Which tree is your favorite?
