SeaWorld Offering Free Day to US Military Veterans

SeaWorld is offering one free day to Veterans and three guests. This is nothing new, the organization has been honoring Veterans for quite some time through Waves of Honor and in their parks. It’s another great reason to support them and their animal care!

The US Military Veteran and up to three direct dependents with valid active Military ID will receive one complimentary day when reserved through ID.me to SeaWorld Orlando, SeaWorld San Antonio, or Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. The offer is valid through November 11, 2020. They may also purchase up to four additional tickets at 50% off.

When I went to the ID.me page on their site, it stated that US Active Duty Military, activated or drilling reservist, or National Guardsman were eligible. It then went on to say that inactive, stand-by, inactive reserve, retirees, US Merchant Marine, and civilian department of defense are ineligible.

Spouses of those eligible will need to login under the active duty service members account to access the dependent tickets.

If you’re a single parent serving overseas, you can contact the Guest Relations Department of the park you’d like your children to visit to make accommodations for minor dependents. Proof of military status and deployment will be required.

Military members will be expected to present their valid Military ID when entering the park.

Please remember to properly wear an appropriate face cover, wash hands frequently, and use hand sanitizer. Always listen to the instructions given on signage and from the Ambassadors.
