It’s summer in Florida. It’s hot. It’s humid. You’re looking for something fun to do where you can sit and cool off for a bit. If you’re in Disney’s Hollywood Studios stop by the Mickey Shorts Theater to see Vacation Fun starring Mickey and Minnie Mouse!

The theater is adorable as soon as you see it, but the seats are the best. Mickey Mouse’s shorts buttons on the seats are so cute! I was smiling as soon as I walked in.

The Vacation Fun short is really cute. It’s about Mickey reliving memories from vacations of the past with Minnie. It’s in the newer style that they have been using for a bit on social media. Some people don’t like it, but I don’t mind. I’m really happy to have a Mickey Mouse presence in the park.

Once you exit the theater there is more fun! They have a sort of exit lobby with several fun photo opportunities from the Vacation Fun short. I had a blast with them!

I can’t lie. I think Disney is missing the boat on the souvenirs they could sell related to this. Picture it. Potatoland shirts with Mickey on them. Win.

The Mickey Shorts Theater is located in Echo Lake. The show is for all ages and there is disability seating in the rear of the theater.
