Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavilion has a Christmas week exclusive Melting Snowman cake. It’s so freaking adorable! I’m having it with a salad and I’m at Disney so the calories don’t count.

It’s called a cupcake in the Disney app where you’ll need to mobile order, but it’s a generous slice of cake. It’s fairly large and definitely shareable.

I’m sitting where everyone walking by can see my slice of holiday magic. Almost every party passing is commenting on how cute and delicious looking it is. It really is adorable!

It’s a vanilla cake with white chocolate and peppermint mousse topped with a melting snowman.

It’s really tasty! It’s not terribly sweet, so that’s a plus. I’m not getting much of a peppermint flavor, but there are tiny pieces of crushed candy cane on top. The coal buttons are crispy chocolate. The stick arms and the eyes are chocolate. The carrot nose is frosting and the head is a marshmallow.

If you’re going to be at Epcot this week, you should definitely stop by Sunshine Seasons and give the Melting Snowman Cake a try!
