Disney has a new monthly Treasures From the Vault collection. It’s a D23 exclusive available on Amazon. The collection will celebrate the first 50 years of the Walt Disney Company from the 1930’s to the 1970’s.
The first release is Lady from 1955’s Lady and the Tramp. She is 13 inches tall and made of soft fabric with embroidered eyes. She will come with a certificate of authenticity. She is in a window box with gold foil detailing.

She is inspired by the vintage Lady plush that Walt Disney owned and displayed in his formal office at the Walt Disney Studios from 1955 until his passing in 1966. She was then moved to The Disneyland Opera House in the reconstructed office of Walt from 1973 to 2005. She then toured museum exhibitions until her return to her original home in Walt Disney’s restored office suite on the Walt Disney Studio Lot in 2015. She is back in the exact same spot that Walt Disney first displayed her.

D23 Members will be the first to be notified of the month’s theme and the date it will become available. You must be signed in as a D23 Member to access the link provided to purchase, which is available in the email they will send you. Lady will be available January 8, 2021 at 9 am PST.
I can’t wait to see what other vintage plush are going to be recreated for the other 11 months of the collection! I’m also digging all of the monthly collections Disney has been doing. Right now there is also Stitch Crashes Disney And before that was Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction, which I adored.
