Epcot International Festival of the Arts Hidden Characters

As you walk through the World Showcase enjoying all of the wonderful art and artists of the festival, you may or may not notice some little characters. Each country in the World Showcase has one. They have been placed where you may not notice them if you’re not paying attention. I spent two days at Epcot and took photos with each of them. I’m not going to ruin the fun by telling you exactly where they are, though!

Some of these are small, some larger. Some high, some low. You will definitely have a good time looking for all of them. Let’s take a walk around the world, shall we? I’m starting in Mexico because that’s the side I usually start in. Not always, but most of the time.

Mexico

You’ll find Dante in alebrija form in Mexico. He’s the lovable street dog pal of Miguel in Coco.

Norway

In Norway, you’ll find the snowgies, or snow babies, that Elsa of Frozen created.

China

Mushu and Cri-Kee of Mulan are getting into trouble as usual.

Outpost

It’s a bit difficult to see, but Bonzai, Shenzi, and Ed of The Lion King are up to no good.

Germany

Pascal of Tangled popped in for a snack.

I found another Pascal!

Italy

You can wish upon a star with Jiminy Cricket of Pinocchio.

The American Adventure

Amos Mouse of Ben and Me is conducting a science experiment.

Japan

Duffy and Gelatoni are painting Mickey Mouse.

Morocco

Abu of Aladdin is looking for valuables.

France

Remy and Emile are looking for something good to eat. Perhaps Ratatouille?

I found two more in France. Lumiere from Beauty and the Beast and The Aristocats kittens!

United Kingdom

You’re in for double the finds here! Peter Pan on one side, Robin Hood, Little John, and Skippy on the other.

Canada

I’ll admit I had to ask where this one was after searching for a while. Koda from Brother Bear is catching fish.

I knew each of the characters, but I think that the younger crowd may not know Amos Mouse. It’s a great Disney short from 1953 that you should totally watch if you get the opportunity. It’s not on Disney+ yet, so bummer.

When I was looking for these I treated it like a free scavenger hunt without a prize, other than the paintings bringing me much joy. I had quite a lot of fun looking for them. Each of them is a really cool photo opp for a selfie. I think little kids would really have fun looking for them. Have you found them all?
