Disney is revealing a first look at a newly imagined room at my favorite Polynesian Village Resort. The new color palette is inspired by the Pacific Ocean and it’s islands. The floors in the bathroom are the color of sand. The accent wall is decorated to resemble tapa cloth.

Look around and you’ll see Moana and friends incorporated into the new, brighter decor. There’s Hei Hei by the coffee maker!

I loved staying at the Polynesian. I hope that I can stay again in the future. Having grown up in Hawaii, this resort is near and dear to my heart. I enjoy going over just to enjoy the ambience and have some nachos with pineapple salsa.
