Disney After Hours BOO BASH at WDW Magic Kingdom

Coming to Magic Kingdom at the Walt Disney World Resort on select nights August 10 through October 31, is Disney After Hours BOO BASH. It’s an event featuring Halloween themed cavalcades, character sightings, performances by the Cadaver Dans, decor, lighting, music, candy treat stops, and more. It appears these after hours events may be replacing Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party this year.

Guests of all ages will be allowed to wear costumes, adults will not be allowed to wear masks. All guests are required to wear approved face coverings.

Tickets go on sale next month. After hours events take place after the park closes and are have a limited number of guests. Most of the events will be from 9 pm to midnight, with some events in August and September from 9:30 – 12:30. You will be able to enter at 7 pm to enjoy the park prior to the event.

I went to an after hours event at Disney’s Hollywood Studio and had a fantastic time. I’m hoping to be able to go to this one because I love Halloween!

This fall the decorations on Main Street, USA will receive a magical transformation on event nights in October as “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” begins. It will blend a fall look with the enchanting story of Cinderella by creating special pumpkin coach decorations that will add to the park’s sparkling EARidescence during this magical time. I’m kind of excited to see what that will look like!

It’s not Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, but it’s pretty close. Are you planning on attending?
