Disney just released a sneak peek of the new “EARidescent” design. The colors come from Mickey and Minnie’s anniversary costumes. The blue for the name is from the Cinderella Castle turret.

This is a special and meaningful name tag for Cast Members. They’ll be receiving the new name tags this fall. I can’t wait to see them in the parks! Watch the video below to see some of their reactions.
