I went to Christmas brunch at The Boathouse in Disney Springs today. It’s the first time I’ve dined there. Let me tell you, it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The service was outstanding and everyone was very friendly. I very much appreciate them working and being away from their families so we could enjoy a fine meal.
Their Christmas decor is gorgeous. I didn’t get photos of everything, but here’s a nice sampling. Santa drives a boat with an animated Rudolph on the front!

If you are able to dine there at any time, I recommend you ask to be seated in JC’s section. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. He greatly enhanced our dining experience. Everyone there gave us a “Merry Christmas” or “Thank you for coming.”
There were four of us dining, but two of us ordered the same thing. Myself and another ordered the Crabcakes Benedict. It’s two crab cakes, prosciutto ham, poached eggs, Old Bay Hollandaise sauce, and grilled asparagus. Think of regular eggs Benedict, then take it to 11. Not even kidding, these were THE SHIT. Like, ridiculously good and worth every penny. JC told us that the crab cakes are 95% crab. It didn’t look like a filling meal when it was set down, but I was too full to even think about sticking anything else into my belly.

I had a bite of the Coriander Seared Yellowfin Tuna. It’s served with blistered Shishito peppers, soy lime vinaigrette, wasabi mayo, and sriracha. It practically melted in my mouth. That sauce it’s sitting in is heavenly.

The only dish I didn’t have at least one bite of was the Gulf of Mexico Red Grouper. It’s served over baby kale, red potatoes, red onions, cremini mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and orange chili butter. It looked delicious.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the time we spent at The Boathouse. I’m pleased to have checked off another Disney restaurant from my list of places I haven’t dined yet. Theme park foodies know about this list. We all have one. That pages long list of theme park restaurants you want to try at least once. Disney passholders receive 10% off when dining at The Boathouse.
Have you ever dined here? What was your favorite dish?
