Disney Character Kigurumi Caps

If you’re ever having a really awesome day and want to make yourself sad, head over to shopDisney Japan. Honestly, they get all the cool stuff and we get to sit over here and wonder why shopDisney US doesn’t love us as much. Everything cute and useful is on their site.

Today I discovered kigurumi caps. Are they too hot for every day use in Florida where I live? Probably. But I did wear a shiny heat-trapping migraine-inducing witch hat in Diagon Alley every day for years. A plush cap a few times a month would be nothing.

I’d like to point out that I believe these would sell incredibly well in the US. And that Universal could totally get in on this game with some caps of their own. It’s not like all of these have mouse ears. Picture it, Sicily 1924…….. (Oops, might be time for Shady Pines.) Imagine Minion, Shrek, Trolls, E.T., or Jaws kigurumi caps at Universal parks. It would be glorious.

Feast your eyes on these and prepare to call into work because you are going to need to recover from cuteness overload. I am not even kidding.

Here we have Chip and Dale. My friend Karen is a big fan and I know these would be adorable on her.

It won’t be hard to scare up some delighted looks from passerby if you’re wearing one of these Monsters, Inc. caps. Mike Wasowski and James P. “sully” Sullivan are lovable monsters.

Alice in Wonderland’s Cheshire Cat and Pooh are a couple of classic characters.

Time to go old school with Donald and Minnie.

Show your love of Disney Pixar movies with the Toy Story alien and Nemo caps.

Rounding out the adorable caps are Jack and Stitch!

If you can handle more, there are also Santa hat versions of Dale, Stitch, and Sully.

This is not my first “why don’t we get the cute/cool stuff” article, and it surely won’t be my last. I long for the day when the US buyers realize that we like cute things just as much as our foreign friends.
