I had the pleasure of dining at Atlantic for lunch last week with friends. This gorgeous and immersive restaurant is located in Celestial Park at Epic Universe. The park is on the tail end of technical rehearsals and moving into paid previews before it officially opens on May 22, 2025.
We did make a dining reservation prior to our visit. There is a QR code located outside the restaurant, but I believe once it’s added to the Universal Orlando app you may able to do it through there. The dining line is 1.407.224.4233. You will need valid theme park admission to Epic Universe for this full service dining location.
Atlantic is styled as a Victorian aquarium and from the moment you step inside, you feel as though you are under water. The host greets you at a diving bell helmet, seahorses adorn the staircase to the dining room, and mermaids are in the windows.

The charming Aquaria Bar is on the upper level of the restaurant.

The immense glass windows are like the walls of a fish tank where you look out into Celestial Park, you can also see the How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic portals, and Helios Grand Hotel. It’s a spectacular view.

You can see, what is sure to become a favorite, Stardust Racers in Celestial Park when you look across the pool and fountain.
From the bubble carpet and chandeliers to the water and swimming fish above, this is a wholly immersive dining experience. It’s breathtaking, grand, and whimsical. It’s easy to forget that you are in a theme park.

The fish in the dining room “swim” overhead while you enjoy your meal.
Atlantic offers delectable options of cold bar, appetizers, soups & salads, and entrées.

Our party had a total of five diners and we each had something different. Everyone greatly enjoyed their meals.

Jumbo Lump Crabcake – blue crab, crab purée, fenne, pepper, jicama slaw, lime vinaigrette.
Sweet Corn Chowder – Florida corn, celery root, potatoes, sweety drop peppers, baby basil.

Sea Bass – carrot mochi, sugar snap peas, lemongrass broth, star fruit.
Grouper Sandwich – beer battered or blackened, kale slaw, yuzu mustard, house-made sesame bun, thick cut fries.

Seared Scallops – Arborio rice, trumpet mushrooms, charred romanesco, Parmigiana-Reggiano.
Romesco Romanesco – oven roasted romanesco, hazelnut romesco, fregola, wild mushrooms, pea tendrils.

The drink menu is quite extensive and it’s hard to choose. On the opposite side where the dining options are, they have made suggestions of pairings for their meals. You can choose white, rosé, red, or dessert wine, as well as champagne, cocktails, draft, bottled, or canned beer, and nightcaps.

I had a friend recommend the Northern Lights martini, and it did not disappoint. It’s Beluga Noble Vodka, Pallini limoncello, Ferrand Dry Curaçao, lemon juice, simple syrup, butterfly pea blossom ice sphere, and gold luster dust.

Atlantic is even more wondrous and beautiful at night. I hope that I’ll be able to dine here for dinner in the future.

Now that you’ve seen some of what Atlantic has to offer, will you add this restaurant to your Epic Universe plans?
