Universal Studios Florida opened on June 7, 1990 and celebrates its 35th anniversary in June 2025. To commemorate this thrilling event Universal Orlando has released exciting new merchandise on ShopUniversal. I’m not in the park today, but I’m sure it will be there sooner than later if it isn’t already.

The Universal Studios Retro Marquee 35th Anniversary line has a few different things. Hopefully more items will roll out by the anniversary.

There are shirts for adults and kids. I’m partial to the kid shirt.

They have a mug and shot glass.

There is an ornament and an acrylic sign.

And for those hot park days, a cooling towel.

One thing I did notice right away about this Universal Studios Florida 35th Anniversary merchandise is that there is a Jurassic Park logo on it. Back to the Future, JAWS, ET Adventure, and Kongfrontation were/are all in the park. Jurassic Park has never been in the park, it’s always been in the second park Islands of Adventure. So why is it being included in a celebration for Universal Studios?
