It’s Halloween Horror Nights Eve! For the fourth year, I have compiled Universal Orlando Team Member rankings of the ten houses. They had their Team Member preview on Wednesday night.
This is something I do for fun and to give you an idea of what they liked the best. There’s nothing scientific about it, it’s just averages. I simply take all the ranks given by each Team Member for any particular house and then average them. I’ve split the results into folks that visited all ten houses, which were only four, and those who visited less. They were mostly nine houses, all but one missing Terrifier. There were a couple of sevens and a five.
So let’s dive in! See if the houses rank the way you thought they would. This year I only had 17 respondents. So UOTMs, think about responding next year! I always put out a request on the Theme Park MoJu Facebook page.
I’m listing the houses based on the rankings of people who visited less than ten houses because they were the larger respondent pool. I’ve also listed the ranking for people who visited all ten houses. I received a few comments on some of the houses so I’ve also added those.
10. Coming in at number 10 is WWE The Horrors of the Wyatt Sicks.
Go head-to-head with The Wyatt Sicks as they lure you through the ominous doorway to their shadowy realm. You’re about to meet your match.
Less than 10 houses rank – 7.6
10 houses rank – 6.25
“I wanted to like it more. Nice tribute at the end to the guy.”
“WWE house 11/10. My favorite so far. It was scary. It was a memorial to the leader of the Wyatt’s who passed away. It had a great storyline.”

9. The number nine house is Fallout.
Face your fears in post-apocalyptic LA. Escape from the vaults to the wasteland and confront the formidable bounty hunter The Ghoul.
Less than 10 houses rank – 6.31
10 houses rank – 5.75
“If you watch the show you will love the house.”
“Neat looking but didn’t scare me much.”

8. In eighth place is an original house Grave of Flesh.
Welcome to your funeral, where things are about to go from bad to worse. You’ll enter your grave and then the underworld, where flesh-eaters who feed on the dead will hunt you for all eternity.
Less than 10 houses rank – 5.75
10 houses rank – 6.5
“Good one. I liked the creatures.”
“9/10 scares. Used old sets and costumes but really liked the story line.”

7. Dolls: Let’s Play Dead comes in at number seven.
You’re about to become doll-sized and witness the unnatural creations of a twisted little girl. You’ll be hunted by burnt fashion dolls, toys she’s melded together and undead horrors in her dollhouse.
Less than 10 houses rank – 5.62
10 houses rank – 8.25
“My least favorite. Lots of smells. Cool concept but not a scare house.”
“Stay dead you are dumb.”
“I love the concept of a psychopath child torturing her dolls aka you.”

6. The highly anticipated Five Nights at Freddy’s comes in at six.
Get ready for the night watch at a creepy, abandoned pizzeria, where nothing is what it seems and possessed animatronics are lurking.
Less than 10 houses rank – 4.82
10 houses rank – 3.5
“It wasn’t scary.” On the animatronics, “They’re very cool. But they move very slowly. There’s no way you don’t see them either. They’re huge, and it’s to be expected.”
“2/10 for scares. 10/10 for special effects.”
“The animatronics are absolutely amazing.”
“Top notch animatronics but only scared me so much.”

5. We’re at the halfway point. The number five house is Gálkn: Monsters of the North.
In a remote northern village, a wicked being rises from the dead, bringing a horde of monsters and demons from the fjords to wreak havoc on the townspeople. Try to escape the belly of the beast.
Less than 10 houses rank – 4.7
10 houses rank – 5
“Wish it had a bit more.”

4. The fourth best house has a weird ranking. Only one of the people who did less than ten houses ended up doing it. This house has been eagerly awaited, Terrifier. This house closed around 8 PM and I heard two explanations, that someone slipped and fell and that the water effects weren’t working. Can’t confirm either.
Try your luck against Art the Clown in the Terrifier funhouse. You’ll witness his grotesque handiwork of torture and be exposed to the spatter of his victims. It’s a whole new level of gore!
Less than 10 houses rank – 4
10 houses rank – 6.5
“Scares 7/10. Effects 10/10.”

3. We’re closing in to the favorite house. Coming in third is Hatchet and Chains: Demon Bounty Hunters.
In this Old West town, all hell is breaking loose. Red-hot lava demons are trying to possess everyone, melting everything in their path. Your only hope: Hatchet and Chains with their mystical weapons.
Less than 10 houses rank – 3.46
10 houses rank – 4.5
“Did this one early and was not disappointed.”
“Has the most scare actors. It was like 4-5 per room.”

2. Coming in at number two is Jason Universe (Jason Un1v3rse).
The iconic horror villain Jason Voorhees is coming for you. Step into his terrifying world, from his sinister shack in the woods to the summer camp where it all began.
Less than 10 houses rank – 2.85
10 houses rank – 6.5
“People will not appreciate this house for what it is.”

1. The most highly rated house is El Artista: A Spanish Haunting at number one. I don’t think I’ve ever had this many people agree on the best house. Twelve of the seventeen respondents ranked this house as their favorite.
In 19th century Spain, a tortured artist moves to an isolated country manor to seek inspiration. Instead, the art comes alive and possesses him. You’re about to be part of the permanent exhibition.
Less than 10 houses rank – 1.36
10 houses rank – 2.25
“So good! Best walk through.”
“This house is beautiful.”
“Visually stunning and perfect amount of spooks!”

Now that you’ve seen how some team members ranked the 2025 Halloween Horror Nights houses, how do you think your list will look? Does this help you with a plan on which houses you want to see first?
