Universal Orlando Resort is offering Passholders a $5 merchandise credit that can be used on purchases of $10 or more! You can use this perk May 1 – 21, 2026 at a participating Universal Orlando owned operated merchandise location on a single transaction. 

Please note: Not valid on Game Plays, My Universal Photos, Shop Universal, collectibles, Universal Express Passes, gift card purchase, Merchandise Shopping Card purchases, third party locations, non-discountable merchandise, and other non-retail locations and/or items.

The offer is valid for all Annual and Seasonal Passholders. It can be used at participating Universal Orlando owned and operated merchandise locations in Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios Florida, Universal Volcano Bay, Universal Epic Universe, and CityWalk. If a park is not included on your pass, you must have valid admission.

The single use $5.00 credit will be automatically loaded to the Passholders account. Passholders must present valid Annual or Seasonal Pass and photo ID at checkout and inform the Universal Team Member to apply credit. Credit expires 5/21/2026; unused credits will be forfeited. 

Merchandise credit is non-transferable and must be used in totality by the same person on one single qualifying purchase.
