E.T. the Extra Terrestrial 40th Anniversary Limited Exclusive Movies

E.T. the Extra Terrestrial is one of my favorite movies of all time. I’ve loved it all of it’s 40 years. It’s sometimes hard to believe it’s been that long since it came out!

Here’s the trailer just in case you have lived a sheltered life and don’t know about E.T. For those of us who have been in love with him from day one, here’s a lovely memory.

Relive the adventure and magic in one of the most beloved motion pictures of all-time, E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, from Academy Award®-winning director Steven Spielberg. Captivating audiences of all ages, this timeless story follows the unforgettable journey of a lost alien and the 10-year-old boy he befriends. Join Elliot (Henry Thomas), Gertie (Drew Barrymore) and Michael (Robert MacNaughton) as they come together to help E.T. find his way back home, E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial is “one of the great American films” (Leonard Maltin) that forever belongs in the hearts and minds of audiences everywhere.

These are definitely not all the E.T. things I’ve owned in my lifetime. Sadly, some things have been lost or given away. I think there may be more in the boxes in my garage, too. This obsession has been going on since 1982 for me. This is what my kids like to call my E.T. shrine. Now that’s what I affectionately call it. There are still E.T. things I need to pick up at Universal Orlando, so this shrine will be growing soon.

I’d love to see your E.T. collectibles and memories! Share them with me in Theme Park MoJu Groupies on Facebook!
